The Massachusetts Senior Games invites
men and women, ages 40-49 to
participate
as a way to encourage continued
participation when they turn 50.
All participants compete in 5-year age
groups and gold, silver & bronze medals are awared in all events, all
ages.
Only competitors
age 50 and above are eligible to qualify for the National Senior
Games.

Each year the number of athletes, events,
volunteers and supporters grows. Today, more than 1000 athletes,
grouped in 5-year age groups may enter a spectrum of 23 summer events
and 7 winter events.

while enjoying the company of friends,
family, spectators, and volunteers.
